AMENDMENT/MODIFICATION OF TERMS/SERVICES

Modify these terms and conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified terms and conditions on jageer.com. You may review the modified terms and conditions periodically to be aware of such modifications.

REGISTRATION OBLIGATION AND MEMBERSHIP

The term Subscriber would include any person, whether an individual or a legal entity who has subscribed to the Services of jageer.com (whether on a paid or free basis), and to whom the access to jageer.com  is restricted by the use of a sign in user name and a password. The user name and password are either allotted by jageer.com or chosen by the Subscriber or agreed upon by jageer.com. It is made abundantly clear that only the authorised User has the right to access the Services so offered by jageer.com.

SUBMISSION AND ADMINISTRATION OF LISTINGS/ADVERTISEMENTS

in case of content/data/information submitted by you to jageer.com, for availing the services provided by jageer.com, is found incorrect, misleading, derogatory, illegal and/or such content are submitted without any authority then jageer.com reserves its rights to take all necessary action, civil, criminal including cancellation of any or all your registrations with or without any notice to you in this regard without any refund of the fee.

Users, who are buying/renting property/properties through jageer.com, must verify details the property/properties as well as its right, title, ownership, lien etc. on their own.

Payment Terms

• The applicable rate of the Subscription Fees for the Service provided shall be such as mentioned in the “My Subscriptions” page
• All individual Users who access or make postings of information atcom for the purpose of buying property shall be exempted from the application of this clause.

• Payment for the services offered shall be on 100% advance basis.
• Payment for service once subscribed to by the subscriber, is not refundable and any amount paid shall stand appropriated.

RESTRICTIONS/ PROHIBITIONS

• The User shall use the Service only for the purpose for which it is subscribed.
• The User shall not share the Service with any person without the prior written approval of the Company.
• The User shall not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Access data not intended for you or log into server or account that you are not authorized to access;
• Copy, distribute, download, display, perform, reproduce, modify, edit, alter, enhance, broadcast or tamper with in any way or otherwise use any material contained in jageer.com except as permitted;
• The User shall not infringe on any intellectual property rights of any person.
• The User Data shall be deemed to be the property of jageer.com. The User shall take all reasonable efforts to ensure that it is accurate and complete and not misleading in any way.
• The User shall be prohibited to post any information or software, which contains a virus, worm or other harmful component into the jageer.com network system.
•  All forms of SPAM, or any other activities that have the effect of facilitating SPAM, are strictly prohibited.
• You agree that You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information on the Site, that -
• Belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right to;
• Is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever;

• Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation

You agree that jageer.com is not responsible for the availability/accuracy of content including but not limited to opinions, advice, statements and advertisements provided on third party web sites and You shall bear all risks associated with the use of such content and for acting upon such content.

DISCLAIMER AND WARRANTIES

Views expressed by the Users are their own, jageer.com does not endorse the same and shall not be responsible for them. No claim as to the accuracy and correctness of the information on the site is made although every attempt is made to ensure that the content is not misleading/ offensive/ inappropriate. In case any inaccuracy is or otherwise improper content is sighted on the website, please report it to report abuse.

Users are strongly advised to independently verify the authenticity of any Pre-Launch offers received by them. • The Company does not warrant that jageer.com or any of the web sites linked to jageer.com be free of any operational hazards or error s nor that it will be free of any virus or/and worm or/and any other harmful components.

• The User understands and agrees that any information or/and material and/or goods or/and services obtained through this website is done at user's own discretion and risk and that user shall be solely responsible for any damage/s or/and cost or/and any other consequence/s resulting from any transaction.
• The Platinum Listing is listed for a period of two weeks only from the day the Order is activated

We absolutely have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items or services advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to buy items offered thorough the Website. We cannot and do not control whether or not sellers will complete the sale of items they offer or buyers will complete the purchase of items they have committed to buy. In addition, note that there are risks of dealing with people acting under false pretense. We expect that you will use caution when using the Website. You understand and agree that we do not guarantee the accuracy or legitimacy of any listing, leads, posting, information by other users. You further agree that we are not liable for any loss of money, goodwill, or reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Website or as a result of any sale, purchase of goods and services with other users of the Website. TERMINATION 

Without limiting any other remedies, jageer.com  may terminate your account if you are found or suspected to have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the use of our Services,  we are of the opinion that you have breached these Terms or such other reasons as deemed fit by jageer.com  with or without assigning any reasons/evidence thereof.

INDEMNIFICATION 

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless jageer.com, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, cost, expense, judgment or other loss incurred due to violation of the terms and conditions contained in this Terms by You.

GOVERNING LAW 
By accessing the Website you agree that the laws prevailing in India shall be the governing laws in all matters relating to these Terms

JURISDICTION 
Courts at New Delhi, India alone shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in all matters relating to jageer.com and these terms and conditions, irrespective of the territory and jurisdiction of your access to jageer.com.

jageer.com does not routinely monitor your postings to the web site but reserves the right to do so. However, if jageer.com becomes aware of an inappropriate use of jageer.com or any of its Services, jageer.com will respond in any way that, in its sole discretion, jageer.com deems appropriate.
